How do I close all the downloads it the top right of the screen?

Is this the cause of the box being very Slow?

Ive deleted my cashe on Kodi, How or is their a way to do the full system?

And advice would be great.

If you hold down the 3 Lined Context menu button on the remote, this will close all running apps.
