Need some help with my ATV582

I just purchased this box 3 days ago and i have spent a lot of time trying to get it to work correctly. the wifi drops out regularly and i must unplug it to restart the wifi. i get no sound when i do get a network connection. Seriously this i the most expensive media box i have ever bought and at this point it is the worst.

I was thinking of buying one but after seeing lot of people complaining about wifi connection I might get the M8 box instead.

When you turn on the Wifi, no SSID Networks appear?

If not, then it sounds like your Wifi has become defective

Did you purchase it from Canada Computers?
