can't update, reset button not working

i'm trying to update 06/13 build, i already followed the instructions, my device (when pressing the button and pluging the power) does not blink from blue goes to red... then after 10 seconds i remove the pin and mygica logo appears no recovery screen

i already tried with a toothpic, a clip... (i dont have the tool that appears on the video)...

i do know im clicking a button 'cause it feels like it, but no recovery appears,

the card has been formatted fat32 and the device does read it because it already placed an android/unix folder in in ( .lost folder)

what am i doing wrong ?

I had same issue as well you need to format the sd to fat 32 fresh then install the update on the sd card then it will work

already tried it, fat / fat32 bit now that i remember it was fast format, im gpig to low level format the card

ok found the problem, the micro sd card that i was using was a samsung FAT card, even though i formatted the card to fat32 it wouldn't work, now i'm using a sandisk fat32 card (low level formatted) and upgrade is working
