I did a search on this bulletin board for unanswered posts and came up with 132 of them. That's shameful. Shameful for a company to setup a bulletin board and ignore their customers like that, suck up the earnings and give nothing back. They should do better than that don't you think.

Tim its good that you found 132 posts, that is just in 3 hours, and if you feel shamefull that is your issue,

you need to take back your box to Canada Computers, since they support broken ATV380 not us
