Unable to run FIFA 15 App on ATV582

I love my Mygica TV582, but some apps or games fail to run or just don't run properly. For example, I am able to download FIFA 16 without any problem, then wen I click to run it, I get the splash screen and then it crashes. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, and no dice. Any advise would be appreciated.

Is this FIFA 15 app a game or streaming app?
