Android logo keeps flashing, won't boot

My Mygica 582 keeps flashing the android logo but won't boot or reset (soft or hard). can anyone help?

try to hard reset it with an sdcard with the march firmware, if that doesnt work... try to reset it with a usb with the march firmware..

could you explain why it happened ?

I have been uploading all my zip files of factory restore cards onto my onedrive. I keep them updated for the most part and I will keep putting them up until they are all there.
