I´m living in Dominican Republic. My country is not registered for searching channels. Can anyone help me please?

is your country do have digital signal for regular over the air channels?

Domincan Republic uses the ATSC signal.

However I am not sure if and when they will finish the switch to Digital from Analog.

You should be able to scan channels in under USA, since ATSC uses the same frequencies for all countries that it is being used in.
