4K Output Setting on the 1800???

I'm pretty sure the specs list the 1800 as a 4K box...

But in my display settings it only lists 1080p at 60Hz as the highest resolution.

Am I missing something here?

How do I set it to output 4K? or at least 4K passthrough?
