Sound cut off?

Hello.

I just received this box.

When TV channel is playing, sound is OK. But when i switch on Ethernet, sound gets cut off every few seconds.

When i enter Kodi, sound will also cut off after few seconds.

Is there conflict between the tuner and ethernet together?

We use the 586 on Ethernet for display in our store, and do not have this issue.

Are you up to date on the Firmware for the 586?
