How do you enable a popup blocker in the browser?

I looked around and according to some sites there is a pop blocker, I don't know if its for this model but i can't find it the browser settings. (where those little 3 squares are on the top right)

I tried to install one like the ones I have on chrome, but they don't have one available for android.

Any ideas
