How to display the navigation bar?

On the 582 and 1800 There is an option under display to show the navigation bar at the bottom (screenshot, home, back, etc...) I can't find this option for the 1900 on Android 5?

Sorry if it's obvious, I'm new to 5... My keyboard/mouse combo has no home button and would like to have it back at the bottom of the screen.

This option is not available on Android 5.

Hope to add it to 5.1

I found an app that does it. Not as clean but works "most" of the times.
