ATV582 Stuck in Upgrade

Okay guys now one last problem ... my darn remote does not work except for the power button. I see the little red light fire but no action. I am been reading in other threads that I might not be the only one.

Have you tried these videos yet?

These have worked very well with the customers of ours having remote issues.
