Passthrough hiss on DD and DTS audio

Recently getting a hiss via kodi when playing anything in DD or DTS. Goes away when I hit the volume buttons down then up on the mygica remote. Surely i shouldn't have to do that everytime i restart kodi?

Anyone solved this? Used to work fine since before the latest update.

we never came across this problem, but we will take it to our dev team for better understanding if it is an issue we will fix it in near future.

mine does the same, i shut pass off. but after you hit volume down the up it works fine?

Passthrough is a known problem on 1900 using Android 5.0 firmware

We hope to fix with an update to 5.1 since we cannot fix it on 5.0
