slow internet

i have a atv585 and i have very slow internet most of the time i have no internet.is there a way to solve this issue??

Are you using wifi or ethernet.

Does doing a quick reboot help.

Its one of the pre loaded apps.

Some pressing the menu button for a second helps. It causes a rocket ship to take off on thr screen . If you are using wifi turn off wifi optimisation. Its under other setting->wifi->

Click the menu at the top right of the screen and select advanced. Its one of the options that is on by default.
