Intermittent blanking on 586

Hi

I received my ATV 586 yesterday. I am having a problem with intermittent blanking. When I press the arrow keys

on the remote it will blank . I have scanned for channels and it has a strong signal. I

updated the firm ware.

Do you mean your TV screen will blank in and out while using the 586?

Hi Justin,

my tv screen will just go blank for half a second or so. Although now that I have used it a while it seems to be getting better but it still does it when I go to different sctions such as all apps or myGica store.
