Any word on if we will get a new update anytime soon? It's been almost half a year since we have seen an update. Has the support stopped for this model?

We released a new Firmware a few months ago

Support has not stopped/

It will be sent OTA directly to the box starting next week as well.

Wondering if they have started ota with this update. I had troubles trying to load from an SD card.

The OTA update for this update will start next week.

As right now we have updates out for 586 and 1900, so we do not want to overload our server all at once.

What issues are you having loading it from an SD Card?
