I tried a the upgrade I think is was ota or something how All I have is box reboot with android bot blue line under going all the way across and reboots all the time any way to fix this please

You will need a micro sd card to use to fix it.

I have been uploading all my zip files of factory restore cards onto my onedrive. I keep them updated for the most part and I will keep putting them up until they are all there.
