screen adjustment goes to zoom???

i just loaded 4.2 onto another 1200. when i try to change screen size with the arrows it automatically goes to zoom????

found this only happens when using rca cables. and since i updated to 4.2.2 with hdmi its ok. also i cannot find the display option to switch to 480i?

4.2 Now has Auto Resolution, so on RCA it will output to 480i automatically.

I plugged it into a 480 tv and the screen is zoom in I can't even get to the settings

Can you let me know if you are using this on the RCA outputs, and on an older CRT Tube television?
