Did you do the update manually?

Or using an SD Card?

You can download the latest update from here

http://update.mygica.com/OTA/MyGica/ATV ... 160528.zip

And then install it through the Android recovery screen that you are stuck in.

Once installed, press reboot and it will reboot into Android.

Hello again updated my 1900 with new firmware and I, m still stuck in the recovery screen and can not get out of it.????????????

I was told I was the only one with this issue... LoL. Never seen before.

As suggested, did you try to install manually? It got me out of trouble with a factory reset in bonus.

Did you update it manually, or OTA update straight to the box?
