How do I page up or down on YouTube etc?

Keyboard or mouse or remote shortcuts? Sometimes I can get it to work on the mouse pad, but other times it just doesn't work or seem intuitive.

Best way to scroll up or down is by using an Air Mouse remote or Computer mouse.
