Kr-41 remote

I just received my atv 1800. The kr-41 remote is great but somehow my letter S on the qwerty started typing the letter L instead. I have no idea how this happened, it wasn't doing that at first. Is there a way to reset the remote to factory settings?

There is no way to reset the remote

Does this happen on all apps you are using?

Also wondering when you press the letter L does it type in L or something else?
