ATV 1900 wont load up.

Hi My Gica 1900... went to do the most recent update and froze part way through. After a hard reset I can not bring up the main page.. It just has an Android lying on his back with the follow command line options

Boot System Now

Apply Update from EXT

Apply Update from cache

Apply Update from data

Apply Update from ADB

Wipe Data / Factory Reset

Wipe Cache Partition

Burn the Keys

View Recovery logs

I tried the firm ware reload using the files from this forum but when hold down the reset on back and plug in the power it goes back to the lollipop boot screen then back to the same screen above.

Help, please!!!
