Box will turn on but will not display anything

So when I hit the power button the light changes from red to green and flickers but nothing will come on the screen. If I unplug and plug back in the box will display on the TV. I figure it's just a setting somewhere but not sure what to do it.

After creating a ticket for this issue I was told that there is no fix for this. Its a software problem and they cant fix the issue.... So what the point of a remote if it doesnt turn on the box...

Try unplugging the USB dongle, plug it back in, even in a different port and try a reboot from the menu. That seemed to work for me, but maybe I didn't have the exact same issue.
