MyGica1200 frodo reset and now need help!!!

MyGica was working fine, streaming a TV show, then it crashed- so we reset it, but it will not turn on the wifi or move beyond the page that says 'turning wifi on' and power button turns to the off position!!! Help please!!!

On how to do a hard reset, this should fully factory reset your box, and should fix your issues.
