hey guys....I just got my 520e box and I was trying to update it and I think I may have bricked it....I followed all the steps in the video...when it went to reboot....that's was it....nothing happened at all.....wont turn back on....nothing....I tried to do it again but now nothing.....just a red light.....can anyone help me please....thanks

Currently we do not have a way for customers unbrick there boxes.

So therefore you will need to get it replaced under warranty.
