Try to use the box to watch NBA game time video but fails. It just keeps loading video but no display of content. Does anyone has the same problem?

The preseason game are free so I have set up an non paid account to login.

Seems you need to have this setting for all video content

**Location services must be turned on for all video content and for blackout confirmations
