MyGICA 582

Please when I want press the red button to shut down MyGica... it only gives me 2 options, REBOOT or STANDBY... so I hit Standby.. it does shut myGICA box.. but the light remains blue.

My sister has the same MYGICA 582 and when she hits the red button it shuts down.. and the light turns from Blue to Red... indicating it is off.

Is something wrong with my box?

Agnes, give it some time it should turn red eventually.

Yes it should switch to red eventually
