ethernet wont connect

Did you try other device on the same cables ?

Did you disable wifi and enabled LAN in Setting?

Does your router allow any device to connect using DHCP or MAC has to be added to permitted device list first?

Hi. I have the same issue every time I connect a new device to my network. I get it solved by unplugging the modem for a few minutes. When I re-power the modem it usually connects. Also in your main settings turn WiFi off. Turn Ethernet on.

Then on the Mygica settings select Ethernet, and it should connect.

You should do these settings before you re-power your modem. Try this, hope it works for you!

Very frustrating.....

If your ethernet will not connect at all, then I would assume that the ethernet port on the box is defective.

Based on all the suggestions given here by other, the ethernet port being defective is what I am leaning towards.
