My ATV1200 is stuck at the word Android Screen

I have tried to do a hard reset on the device by pushing and holding the reset button by the HDMI cable. However, I can't move the cursor with the remote that came with it. I can get the cursor to scroll uncontrollably with the KR300 remote. I can not do this reset so the box is stuck on the Android screen. Help please.

The newest update 09/25 should fix this issue.

The remote code for the Android Recovery screen is different then the one that came with the unit. This is the reason why it did not work for you.
