MyGica ATV1800E SD card & Bluetooth problem

Hi,

I have bought Mygica ATV1800E 3 days ago. all of the feature working great. the display and UI so nice. but i have problem with SD card and bluetooth. the machine can not mount my SD card. i dont know this is hradware problem or software. i already try to upgrade with the latest firmware 11/05 and succeed (using flashdisk). but the SD card still can not mount. i have tested my SD card on another android device and working.

for Bluetooth problem is can not turn on. that is available bluetooth device on MyGica ATV1800E? because everytime i turn on the bluetooth device suddenly going to turn off again.

please help me to decide this is the hardware problem or software? if the hardware problem maybe i must hurry to claim warranty to the store.

Try another SD card

There is no built in Bluetooth radio and no known external BT dongle that would work.

Is your SD card formatted to FAT 32?

I use Micro SD card with adapter all the time though, seems weird that this version didn't work for you.
