Sound not working

Just got an ATV1800E and can not get the sound to work. If connected directly to my TV, there is no sound at all. If connected to my AV Receiver, I am only getting sound through my Sub woofer. I have tried lots of different cables, and changed all the settings I can find, and still nothing. This is the same no matter what app I am running (youtube, netflix, xbmc, ect.) Any help would be apprechiated.

Have you tried our latest update?

If you have and still the same issue, have you tried a factory reset?
