Just Got ATV58 - It isn't working.

I just got an ATV582 and it isnt working. I plugged it in with the HDMI cable and my TV just says "No Video Signal". The light on the box is blue. I tried unplugging/plugging and different hdmi cables/inputs but nothing has worked.

Any help/advice? Thanks.

There's a pin hole at the bottom. Try doing a reset. Push a pin in the hole and hold it down for about 8 second until you see the box reboot.

Have you tried it on a second TV?

@Justin: Yes I tried it on a second TV. Still nothing. I plugged an AppleTv in using the same HDMI cable and TV and it worked fine.

There is nothing else I can suggest then except getting it exchanged with your reseller.
