ATV 1800e YouTube App not working with included remote

Brand new MyGica 1800e box just purchased. The default YouTube App does not work with the included Remote.

Unable to Navigate or select any content using the Up, Down, Left or Right or OK buttons.

Updated Firmware to the latest version Mygica20141105_MAG = no changes.

Anyone else have this same issue, or is this a know issue?

What is being done to correct this issue?

FYI - if you go to MyGica Apps, and install the MyGica version of the YouTube App, that version does work with the remote but, it's not as feature reach as the Google Play Store version included on the Main screen of the MyGica home page.

The Youtube for TV app, which can be found in the MyGica store I find works best.

The Youtube app from the Play Store is for Touch Screen devices, which is why you are having trouble navigating the User Interface.
