How to turn on atv1200 with remote ?

I have the same problem with my ATV1200: I can switch off (standby) but not turn on the box. The only remote included in the box is the KR100 (air mouse).

There should have been an IR Remote that came with your box, this one will turn the box ON/OFF.

What is the serial # of your ATV 1200?

And does your KR100 have the MyGica logo on the center button?

The version of MyGica KR100 which has the MyGica logo on the center button, has the ability to turn ON/OFF the box, as long as its using the KR60 IR remote control. This is because we included an IR sensor onto this KR100 Version.

This version can only turn it off, cannot turn it on.

Should talk to your reseller and ask them why your box did not come with an IR Remote control.

What is the serial # of your unit?

I can tell from this, which IR remote your box uses. Once I know this, I can tell you if new KR100 will turn ON/OFF.

It uses Infared.

Which uses the remote code from the remote I attached to my post.
