RMA Requests - access denied?

As was suggested by Justin in another earlier forum, I have returned my New ATV-1800E receiver as it's WiFi function doesn't work, out of the box. All is well and good, returned to Brampton 11 am Tuesday. Since then I haven't been able to view the status of it. When I check the RMA site it sends me a link that says access denied. I could get into the site before to see if it arrived.

Any chance someone looking into the issue as I would like to see what is happening with the device?

all fixed now. Just waiting to see what becomes of the device....I miss it!!
