Can not enter in recovery mode

Hi,

Everything was fine since last since 4 months. One day all of sudden unit stuck on Android green logo. I tried hard reset. Did not work out.

So, I tried viewtopic.php?f=77&t=1945. (ANDROID 4.2.2 UPGRADE FILES FOR ATV 1200).

Now, I cannot get it into recovery mode. When I hold the rest button and plug in power cord red light comes on and green light flashes once and returns to red light. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this.

When you plug in the box, what color is the light on your unit? And what is it doing now?

Do not try any resets when doing this.

Does not matter how many times I tried only one light 1st one solid red. Not changing at all, not flashing. Just solid red.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I just notice an another guy had the same issue solid red light and suggestion was try boot card method. So, I gave a try but no luck.

Same solid red light.

What next ?

Your unit is bricked.

Will have to go through the RMA process.

When and where did you purchase the unit from?
