  1. Hi guys, first, contrary to a lot of peoples i had 0 problems installing this on an atv585, no freeze, nothing. Might be beacuse i used an sd card, because i noticed most peoples having this problem using a usb stick! Second, I don't know if the peoples behind this firmware will read this, but just in case, are you guys still planing on working on this?? Because while it fixed some issues(specially apps and updates compatibility), it also created new ones that makes it annoying to even just set-up... one thing that i haven't seen anybody speak about that happened to me, is that after flashing, instead of having 8g of total internal storage, it's only showing 4.something, it might be fixable with a partition tool or something like that(i hope), haven't tested yet. it also need some tweaks on the performance, it's way slower than the original(i think it's causing the box to heat-up more than it should), my mother was able to start a song on google play music, but trying to either, pause, change song, or even just close the app, will cause it to hang there, music still playing, but totally unresponsive to any input, had to unplug the power to reboot... there are problems with kodi too, but those could be apps or addons issues too, not sure! overall, everything i tried so far is way slower than it should or even freeze, even just going into the settings can take time sometimes... and yes i already made sure that i had no bloatware, and that nothing unnecessary was running in the background. my old galaxy ace II X is still faster than that!!! XD so yeah, i'm still thankfull that you guys took the time to bring this out to the point where it's at, but if you don't plan on working on it any further, it would be nice if it was possible at least to release the source code, maybe some peoples in the community could be interrested into looking at it, maybe i might even try to dable a bit myself, i have a good basic programming knowlege, enough to poke arround a bit, but not enought to make an os from scratch!! XD i know theres some peoples out there able to extract and reverse engineer android roms, but since it hasn't been done yet, i guess this one might not be popular enought(at least yet), but maybe having the original clean sources out there could motivate someone to poke at it a bit faster... maybe!! anyways thanks again guys, at least now i'm able to get a lot more out of my box even if it's slow, because otherwise with everything i tried on the original firmware that wouldn't work, the only thing it would have been good for is a single player retro emulation box(because a 2nd gamepads just had the same hex values has the 1st one...XD)
