My remote for atv380 doesn't work

Bought at Canada computers on Mother's Day

What do I do...I have it come up and want to move it to the right to go to KODI. How do I do that manually....then I can get a KODI remote in the app stor

I just looked, and it appears that CC has a 1 year Manufacturers Warranty.

And not that I would advocate this, but CC has a $20 remote that has a 14 day return on it to try just to make sure that it's your remote.

You could try the remote from CC and return it in 14 days.

This way you can see if your remote is defective.

You could do something better, like I did: get a Logitech KR400 wireless keyboard that comes with a touchpad.

Works great with the 380/582, the multimedia buttons are working and once you have that, you won't feel the need to use the MyGica remote anymore.

When on special, you could get the KR400 for ~20-30CAD shipped / tax in:

Thank you for posting this! I recently purchased the 380 and started having intermittent issues with the remote...new batteries did nothing and now the remote does not work at all. Is this a known issue? I know buying the Logitech keyboard is a solution but I did just buy this box and it is set up just the way I want it.

Have you tried these videos yet?

These have worked very well with the customers of ours having remote issues.

The main thing I have noticed with the remotes is the battery being the issue.
