Red is for OFF and Green is for ON

If it is an earlier version of the 1800E then these lights are reversed.

They should not be both on at the same time

I tried; wipe data/factory reset, then wipe cache partition. Then I tried to install the new firmware (update _Myca_S802.4.4.20150721.img. I got the message that it failed to verify whole file signature and abort the install.

So it is stuck on: Bad bpptloader arguments "(null)"

Can not SD card (no such device) mount/udisk/factory updat

Is your SD card formatted to FAT32?
