Skype Video with usb webcam

I'm trying to use skype video with a usb webcam connected to the mygica box, but it doesnt seem to work (skype doesnt seem to pick up the video imaage). any suggestions

I have only used these Cameras for Skype

Mirosoft HD3000

any reason those would work over the one that I'm using?

So what i noticed was that the camera app functions with the webcam i have, but not skype video calls.

You have the latest version of Skype from the Play Store?

i would check a few things in Camera issues

1. I would check Camera on a PC making sure its working,

2. Make sure its one of the models Justin indicated

3. reboot your box and try again

4. try different USB port on Box

let us know what happens please

It seems to work with one of the models suggested. Any rationale as to why other webcams wouldn't work with skype?
