as I said previously,

Yeah, there are the normal android settings (which you won't find any settings),

and then there is a second settings area on this device for some reason..

Instead of going to "Settings" from the menu...

Go to your full list of installed "Apps" and select and app in that list similarly called "settings"

note: not the same sub-menu as normal settings.
