The new NHL app has terrible quality on the 380, and it's all shakey, completely unwatchable. Phone and ps4 work fine so it's not the source.

Please remember your using NHL mobile app version which is design for a small screen. Playstation made their own NHL APP which is design for Televisions. Android 5.XX OS support's TV version APPS., but not all of them are working properly on these boxes. You can try the beta firmware to upgrade your box to 5.0.2 http://mygicasupport.com/viewtopic.php?f=124&t=3654 and then search online for TV version of this APP.
