Danny.t.e 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2017 Help with system recovery ATV 1200 I have tried each one of the options and nothing seems to be working, restarting/rebooting just brings me back to this.. The reset on the back also has no effect. If anyone has any solutions can you please comment. I am alright with technology but new with android boxes. bindaredondat 38 Report post Posted April 5, 2017 you need to process the steps, How to process the steps: 1. Download the file 2. Unzip 3. Format yourSD Card to FAT32 4. Drag and drop files from Unzip folder to root of your SD card 5. Hook it up to your ATV1800E 6. Connect HDMI, turn TV on 7. Hold pin where Reset is 8. Hookup power while holding down Reset, via pin 9. Hold for 15 seconds you have to process the pin and holding for 15 seconds, please let me know Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I followed all the steps correctly Did you put all of the 5 files onto the root of your sd card? When you held the reset button, did the lights flash back and forth between red and green?
