power connector loose can i fix it ? causes box to shut off

when i move the power plug the mygica box shuts off and reboots i tried another ac adapter and have the same issue is it worth opening up the mygica maybe its a loose solder joint? on the ac adapter connector

Strange that this has happened to you. As this is the first time I have heard of an issue with the power pin on the actual box itself.

You can always try to open it to see if there is something loose. If you cannot fix it, as long as your unit is still under warranty you can have it fixed or replaced

I am out of warranty this is where I am frustrated
